I launched JP Grading & Clearing in 2020 at just 20 years old with one goal in mind: build a company known for hard work, reliability, and results. Since day one, we’ve nearly doubled in size every year, driven by grit, discipline, and a commitment to doing the job right.
In 2023, I made the decision to expand our capabilities by earning our Utility License for water and sewer. At the time, I had zero experience in underground utilities. Instead of seeing that as a limitation, I saw it as an opportunity. I immersed myself in studying, asked questions relentlessly, worked alongside utility crews without pay to gain hands-on experience, and committed to mastering the trade from the ground up.
That investment in growth paid off when we completed the installation of water mains for our first 49-home development, successfully delivering a full-scale project and proving we could provide true turnkey site packages.

Taih oversees permitting, inspections, and job coordination to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. With two years of experience at the company, he plays a key role in organizing crews, managing timelines, and ensuring every job meets local requirements.

Kaleb Webb
Kaleb manages day-to-day operations in the field and ensures each job site runs efficiently and safely. With over two years of experience, he is highly knowledgeable in utility installation processes and is known for keeping projects on track and crews productive.

Chris Idol
Chris brings more than 35 years of plumbing and utility experience to the team. He has been supporting the company since Jackson first became licensed and is known as the go-to expert for solving complex challenges. Chris ensures every project is completed correctly and is a trusted resource whenever an issue arises.
